What is Halal Joints India?

HalalJointsIndia is all about food and where you can find savoury of the best dishes which are confirmed Halal.

There are so many good restaurant sites, and you have come up with another? Why would somebody use it? 

Yes, indeed there are so many giants that we may seem dwarf if we stood against them, but we are not in competition against anybody. We are providing service to a niche segment. If you are a travelling from say Mumbai to New Delhi and prefer only Halal food but not sure where to go, then HalalJointsIndia is your solution or maybe even for Delhites, most of you are food lovers and love to try out but want to ensure it is halal, then HalalJointsIndia is for you.

So you are catering to a Niche segment eh!, But I can try new things only if they are free.
For something you need, you willingly pay for it. Relax, we believe in a free world, and this service comes to you absolutely free.

So you stamp a restaurant to be halal, is that what you do?
No. We authenticate and provide information only wrt the meat being used at that particular restaurant, café, joint etc. Our scope is limited only to the level that the meat being used for preparing any dishes at the restaurant is slaughtered in a Halal way. Period.

What is cost for two?
Cost for two is the cost of a two-three course meal for two people in that restaurant. This cost may change depending from an individual to another also depending on your appetite :)

Do you people take online orders too?
Not yet. We provide all the necessary information i.e. menus, ratings, reviews, phone numbers etc to assist you while ordering food. If you require any other important piece of information for making a buying decision that we do not provide it, please let us know.

You seem to have listed very few restaurant. Is that all?
Not exactly. We are adding more and more restaurants. This is not an easy task as we are personally verifying each and every restaurant that we are claiming to serve cooked halal meat.

Can I find a restaurant on HalalJoints in Mumbai too?
Yes of course !!. But please, bear with us until we cover Mumbai and other great cities.

You are misleading your customers by putting wrong details about a restaurant. How do I help correct this?

I am a restaurant owner and I have only confirmed Halal meat, how can I list my restaurant at HJI?
Please drop us an email at halaljointsindia@gmail.com mentioning your details like, restaurant name, address, your contact information where you can be reached. When we list a restaurant at HJI then we have a criteria and checks that we perform so please also send your comfortable time when you can meet.

There is this restaurant where I have been enjoying for many years and I know it to serve halal food, why is it not at HJI?
Given that we are soo lazy, we might have been postponing visiting, authenticating and listing this joint or maybe it doesnot fit in to the criteria but nevertheless we will have a look.
